Job role : HR RECRUITER INTERN
Looking for HR interns for a 3 months internship program. Please find the details as mentioned below:
Responsibilities
- Assisting in recruitment activities : Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling and coordinating interviews with client
- Screening: Shortlisting candidates sourced through various sources and validating them on their experience and interest in the role.
- Updating Internal database
Requirements
- Experience: 0 to 6 months
- Strong & Effective communication skills(oral and written)
- Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
- Must have proficiency in English
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or any other field
