Responsibilities of The Candidate:
- Work with the instructional designer and subject matter authorities to create engaging content
- Make engaging learning actions and compelling course content
- Create all the graphics, charts, and illustrations for the e-Learning course, as defined in the e-Learning storyboard
- Build branching scenarios, e-Learning simulations, serious games, and different interactive visual e-Learning content
- Engage with stakeholders to examine the actual output
- Present content in a creative way that executes the learning process simple and easy for the trainees
- Assure the modules are presented before deadlines
- Substantial conceptual, visualization through all phases of product development
- Stay modernized on all emerging instructional technologies and obtain recommendations regarding when to utilize
Requirements:
- Bachelor with 1-3 years of expertise in graphic designing
- Expertise in designing/ producing e-Learning courses
- Practice in working with an LMS and course developing software
- Outstanding English written and verbal communication skills
- Capability to work with a team and stakeholders at different levels of hierarchy
- Self-driven with the capability to work without continuous supervision
- Practice in graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, Sketch, Corel draw, etc.
- Knowledge of video editing
- Self-driven with the capability to work without continuous supervision
