Job Profile:
Main Purpose- Market development and positioning of our FABOUR - Graphene Doped Fabrics.
A) Where to play - Identification of the right fabric segments to enter (current and future market size based on customer needs and segmentation, addressable market size, consumer trends and preferences, competitive landscape, customer journey)
B) How to win - Identification the right business model (key activities and resources, partner ecosystem, value proposition, customer segment, channels, finances etc), assessment of current status of Graphene Fortified fabrics and development of Project plan with detailed workstream – potential workstreams (NPD, Pricing strategy, Branding and marketing, cost, suppliers/ buyers, certifications etc.)
C) What are the enablers and capabilities that are required – resources, budget, fabric development, business partner development etc.
Minimum Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Marketing with BE/B.Tech in Textile Engineering/Fashion Designing/ any other related field.
Minimum Experience: Experience of 3 years or more in retail market place n fabrics and related merchandising
Type of Employment: 2 years fixed term contract as a Tata Steel Ltd employee
