Responsibilities
- Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Attend meetings and keep minutes

- Make travel arrangements for executives

Responsibilities
- Creating posters, websites, logos, brochures, and many other materials to communicate ideas and information visually
- Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software
- Creating the materials using technology and programs like Adobe's Creative Suite—including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro
- Creating or incorporate illustrations, pictures, and designs to reflect the desired theme, tone of the communications and branding
- Creating and maintaining social media and editorial calendar with posting schedule
- Generating, editing, publishing and sharing daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages customers members to take actions
- Being able to brain-storm and lead the creation video content ideas

Qualifications
