Looking for IT Recruiter who is proactive, smart and energetic and has a strong passion in HR with 2-3 years experience.
Responsibilities
- Source, validate, negotiate, confirm technical experience, skill level, and communication skills for various technologies for both contract-to-hire, and full-time hire positions .
- Candidate search using LinkedIn, Database, consultancies and all Job portals and other sources for finding qualified candidates.
- Work closely with placement firms to obtain quality candidates continuously and maintain a pipeline. Providing on time updates and feedback to the Internal team.
- Communicates with client hiring managers to understand needs and timelines. Builds professional relationships with candidates and clients.
- Interview candidates to evaluate their technical and communication skill for positions.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates. Act immediately to requirements and ensure quick closures.
- Daily reporting and team Management.
Requirements
- Experience:2 to 3 Years (Relevant experience in HR is only considered)
- Strong & Effective communication skills(oral and written)
- Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
- Must have proficiency in English
- The ability to work as part of a team

2. QA TESTER
Experience:2+ yrs(Manual & Automation)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute functional and system integration test cases.
- Perform traceability of functional requirements, system use cases, and user stories.
- Defect management by prompt turnaround of defects from reporting to verification, and closure.
- Ensure the quality and timeliness in delivery of testing assignments.
- Maintain functional test automation framework for web and desktop applications.
Qualifications/Skills
- Proficient in Java programming language.
- Familiar with open source tools: Eclipse, Selenium-Winium, Sikuli, Serenity, Cucumber BDD, Apache Maven, Github/Bitbucket.
- Well-versed in Page Object Model.
- Familiar in Agile SDLC that practices Behavioral Driven Development (BDD).
